| Abstract: | The refugee issue was a serious social problem in China's comtemparary history,during which refugee relief was a difficult task.During the Anti-Japanese war,due to the Japanese aggression which cause great disaster in China,the refugee issue became a prominent social problem and refugee relief became the focus of the society.The goverment of communist-led Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region adopted a lot of effective measures in solving this problem. |
