Process sciences and process engineering |

| Abstract: | An introduction to process industry, process engineering and process sciences is reported. Process industry is defined as the industry which brings mass to transform on large-scale, esp. by chemical reaction. Process sciences, which came from "transfer theory of momentum, mass and energy" and "chemical reaction engineering", play a pivotal role in developing process engineering. The future of process sciences and process engineering are also discussed. |
