| 摘 要： | 加强思想道德建设与加强和改进党的作风建设具有内在的一致性，只有实践为人民服务的道德基本要求才能真正实现全心全意为人民服务。高尚的道德情操是坚强的党性原则的基础，加强社会主义思想道德建设是政治建设、党风建设的重要任务。共产党员特别是领导干部的政治道德规范是对党政干部的职业道德要求。加强道德建设不仅是治国的需要，也是治党的需要，是加强党的作风建设和反腐败斗争的重要保证。

| Abstract: | There is continuity between strengthening the construction of the ideology and moralisty and strengthening the construction of party style. As long as realizing the enssicental requirement we can really realize the rule that serving the people heart and soul. High mora1isty and sentiment is the base of the strong party principle. Strengthening the construction of the socialism ideology and moralisty is the important assignment of the political construction and the construction of party style. Communism party members especially the political moral standard of the leaders is the requirement of the professional moralisty. Strengthening the construction of moralisty is not only the need of administering nation but also the need of administering partly it is the important guarantee of strengthening the construction of the party style and the fight of non-corruption. |
