论主体自我教育的内在机制及其对当代教育的启示

摘    要:主体自我教育是教育主体以自身为对象的教育,这是主体教育的核心问题之一。在主体自我教育中,教育主体把自身变成教育的对象,具有主体和客体的双重身份,这是教育主体主体性最集中和最根本的体现。教育主体自身的二重化及其内在矛盾性为主体自我教育提供了现实根据,构成了主体自我教育的内在机制。在主体教育中,要启动主体自我教育,关键在于创造条件推动教育主体自身的二重化,引发教育主体展开深入的自我教育,从而把教育主体的主体性最大限度地发动起来,最终实现培养主体性强的人的价值目标。

Abstract:The self-education of subject is, as the core of it, the education that aims at the subject himself as the object. Here, the subject has a dual status: object as well subject, the nature of which is hence typically and fundamentally embodied. Such duality and the internal conflict provides a practical basis for the subject's self-education and constitutes the internal mechanism. The key to opening it up is to create conditions for promoting the dualization of the subject and solicit him for the profoundness so as to bring out his initiative into full play and to ultimately realize the value of those with strong initiatives.
