| 摘 要： | 本文从国外企业信息服务的评价研究、技术研究、市场经营研究、业务发展模式研究、发展战略研究、管理研究、变革研究等理论研究的角度以及信息服务的技术应用、专利服务应用、实证研究等角度出发,综述了国外企业信息服务近十年来取得的研究成果和经验,指出行业应用是信息服务发展的取向,重评价、重技术、重市场、重业务外包是企业信息服务研究的几大特点,文章旨在为我国企业信息服务的研究和实践提供参考。

| Abstract: | In the research of foreign library intelligence and relative subject areas of the last decade(1997-2006),the study of corporate information services has become a focus.Based on investigating the relative documents,this paper adopted the inductive analysis method,reviewed the foreign study on corporate information services in the last decade.The author summarized the new thoughts and viewpoints emerging from the hot research fields of information services technology,evaluation,management and development technically,strived to reflect the foreign research situation of corporate information services objectively,seized its emphasis and tendency.In the meanwhile,the paper made a further exploration on its practice research.Results indicated that patent information services based on corporation innovation development has become an important development direction.On the basis of the results,the author analyzed and summarized research features,provided a reference for the progress of our countries corporate information services. |
