| Abstract: | The growth of athlete is not only restrained by material environment,but also by the social psychological environment. Since juvenile athletes are in the special physical and psychologically developing stage,the social psychological environment is especially critical to their growth. To construct good social psychology environment is the guarantee of juvenile athletes' growth. |
