| 摘 要： | <珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要>将惠州市列入九市之一,惠州地区将以一种什么样的模式发展?文章从区域经济学理论入手,分析了"惠州模式"的内涵、外延和基本内容,将惠州建设成为世界级的石化基地和国家级的电子和旅游基地,城乡一体化发展的先行之地,"惠州模式"对于加速惠州,乃之整个珠三角地区后30年的经济发展有重大的理论和现实意义.
