| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育是"以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向"的,其目标及内涵决定了高职各门课程的设置必须立足于学生的职业能力的培养,突出其职业性和实用性.语文教学是高职教育体系中的一个子系统,理应彰显职业特色,强化职业能力.为此必须基于职业岗位工作流程的需求,构建培养具有综合职业素质为目标,提高学生职业语文能力为核心的语文课程体系,以提高学生的就业能力、从业能力.
