| 摘 要： | 农业是中国的战略产业，加快发展中国农业产业，需要政府调整农业发展战略，采取更直接、更有力的政策措施，保护农业、加强农业、支持农业。中国农业发展的根本出路在于实现农业产业化，依靠技术进步是实现农业产业化的重要支撑力量，政府提供政策支持是促进农业发展的重要保证。根据我国的国情，政府支持农业发展的政策目标主要包括：加强农业水力建设；直接补贴粮食生产；建立扶持农业发展的信贷机制。

| Abstract: | Agriculture is China's strategic industry. To speed up the development of China's agriculture, it is necessary for the government to adjust the strategies of agricultural development, take more direct and more powerful measures, protect agriculture, strengthen agriculture, and support agriculture. The essential way out for China's agricultural development lies in the realization of the industrialization of agriculture. Dependence on the advancement of technology is an important supporting power for the industrialization of agriculture, and the support provided by the government is an important guarantee for the development of agriculture. Based on the condition of our country, the government's policies of supporting agriculture mainly includes: strengthening the construction of water power, subsidizing the production of grain, and establishing a credit system supporting the development of agriculture. |
