阿司匹林的极谱分析

摘    要:建立阿司匹林片含量测定的电化学分析方法.采用LK98BII微机电化学分析系统和MODEL JP-303极谱分析仪对阿司匹林进行了线性﹑回收率﹑精密度以及溶液稳定性等实验;用氧化剂存在时阿司匹林产生的极谱催化波提高分析灵敏度,用线性扫描极谱法实现快速测定.结果在KH2PO4-Na2HPO4支持电解质中,阿司匹林产生一个催化氢波.加入H2O2后,该催化氢波被催化,峰电流增加约50倍,峰电位基本不变,产生一个较灵敏的平行催化氢波.二阶导数还原波的峰电流ip″与阿司匹林浓度在4.0×10-7~3.0×10-6mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限为2.0×10-7mol/L.结果表明该方法简便,快捷,专属性强,结果准确可靠.

Abstract:Linear sweep polarography is used to determine aspirin tablets in this paper.The catalytic hydrogen wave of aspirin was found at ca.-0.7V(vs,SCE) in 0.08 mol/L KH2PO4-Na2HPO4 buffer at pH 5.5.When 1.0×10-2 mol/L H2O2 was present,the current increases by 50 times while the peak potential is unchanged,indicating a more sensitive parallel catalytic hydrogen wave.The second-order derivative peak current shows good linear relationship with aspirin concentrations in the range of 4.0×10-7~3.0×10-6 mol/L.The detection limit is 2.0×10-7 mol/L.The results show that our method is simple,speed-fast,accurate and effective.
