| 摘 要： | 最低价中标法是国际上通用的建筑工程招投标方法,投标报价是招标文件中最精密的部分,对建设工程至关重要。目前我国建筑市场主要采用最低价中标法。本文通过研究招标文件中关键指标即工程量清单计价标底,招标控制价、投标单位履约能力,以更好的促进房地产项目投标合理报价。

| Abstract: | The lowest bid price method,as internationally practiced architecture engineering bidding method,requires an essential and sophisticated part in the tender documents: the tender offer.This article probes into the rationality of tender offer in the bid documents by analyzing following aspects: BOQ basic bidding price,bidding price control,bidder’s performance capabilities,so that rational tender offers can be delivered in real estate projects. |
