| 摘 要： | 绵阳师范学院根据自身办学的历史与现状、高等教育发展的规律以及结合地方社会经济文化的需求,经过多年的实践探索,初步形成了自身的办学特色:以教师教育为根本,强化学生师范技能的训练,发挥学校传统优势;以"三座立交桥"为纽带,积极开展对外交流与合作,大力引进教育资源;以创新教育为突破口,开展全校辐射式的创新教育,培养学生创新素养和实践能力;以地方经济社会发展需求为导向,不断调整学科专业和课程教学,培养针对性强的应用型人才。

| Abstract: | Based on its history and current situation,Mianyang Normal University has practiced and explored its administrative features for years: to enhance students’ teaching skills on the basis of teacher’s education,to exchange and cooperate with other universities through the pattern of "three-overflies",to develop students’ innovative capacities by innovation education,to cultivate specialized personnel by adjusting majors and teaching courses in accordance with demands of local economy development. |
