| 摘 要： | 培养高素质创新人才是高校的首要任务和永恒话题。本科学生参与科研实践对培养学生创新能力、科学素养方面具有积极的作用。文章提出了四种本科生参与科研实践的管理模式:有效指导,实施本科生科研导师制;双向选择,共建师生科研团队;滚动支持,引入竞争激励机制;学以致用,注重提高实践能力。

| Abstract: | To cultivating the high quality creative talents is the essential task and permanent topic in college and university.Undergraduates participating in research practice plays very important role in cultivating the students’ creative talents and the scientific attainments.The paper advances four management modes about undergraduates participating in participating practice,namely,the efficient guidance to carry out the tutor system for undergraduate research,the two-way selection to build the teacher-student mutual-construction research team,the feasible support to introduce the competition-motivation mechanism,and making study serve the practical purpose to promote the practice ability. |
