| Abstract: | The E-U-R cooperation is an effective way to promote the conversion of science and technology result and the application of new technology to production.Based on the market failure theories of the western economics,this paper analyzes market failure in the process of E-U-R cooperation,and puts forward the countermeasure on the development of E-U-R cooperation. |
