| 摘 要： | ［目的/意义］ 全民阅读已进入深入推进的新阶段，"阅读新时代、奋进新征程"，推进全民阅读走实走深是图书馆的一项重要任务。［方法/过程］ 概括当前全民阅读工作的发展与实践做法，总结全民阅读发展中的不足，思考新阶段全民阅读如何深入推进顶层设计与图书馆工作的策略。［结果/结论］ 新阶段阅读推进工作要直面问题与挑战，政府主导推进在法律层面、治理机制、设施建设和整体数字化等方面的顶层设计；图书馆要为阅读推广工作寻求新模式、创造新方法、展现新作为、科学推进阅读推广，做好全民阅读的践行者和有力的推动者。

| Abstract: | Purpose/Significance] National reading has entered a new stage of in-depth promotion. "Reading in a new era, forging ahead in a new journey",It is an important task for the library to promote the national reading. Method/Process] This paper summarized the development and practice of the current national reading work, summarized the shortcomings in the development of the national reading, and pondered on the top-level design and library work strategy of how to promote the national reading in the new stage. Result/Conclusion] In the new stage of reading promotion, we should face problems and challenges directly, and the government should lead the promotion of top-level design in the legal level, governance mechanism, facility construction and overall digitalization; Libraries should seek new models, create new methods, show new achievements, scientifically promote reading promotion, and be good practitioners and powerful promoters of national reading. |
