基于FCL模型的师范生教学实践性知识学习共同体研究

摘    要:为了改变当前高等师范教育中师范生教学实践性知识获得的单一、线性模式,构建了基于FCL模型的师范生教学实践性知识学习共同体。通过为期半年的实验研究发现,基于FCL模型的师范生教学实践性知识学习共同体能够有助于师范生更好地获得教学实践性知识,尤其是教学设计性知识,但尚不能提高师范生教学技能和灵活性。同时研究表明,师范生完成优质的课堂教学设计能够有助于提升课堂教学实施能力。

Abstract:In order to change the single and liner patterns for normal school students learning a FCL model based on teaching practical knowledge has been constructed. By six month test, it finally indicated that this model could help normal students learning teaching practical knowledge well, especially the knowledge of teaching design, but it could not improve their teaching skills and flexibility. It test also showed that it is helpful for normal students improving the ability of class- room teaching implementing after they have accomplished the classroom teaching design well.
