| 摘 要： | 分析了成人高等教育的特点,解析了成人高等教育教学质量保障体系的要素,并结合青岛农业大学的具体做法,提出了完善人才培养课程体系、明确各主要教学环节的质量标准、加强师资队伍建设、加强教学研究、完善教学质量监控和评估体系等五条关键控制措施,完善成人高等教育教学质量保障体系。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics of adult higher education , elements of adult education teaching quality assur-ance system.Five critical control measures have been proposed combined with the concrete practice of Qingdao Agricultural Univer -sity.The adult education teaching quality assurance system can be improved for the following five aspects：a comprehensive system of personnel training programs , the major teaching quality standards illustration , strengthening the teaching staff , strengthening teaching and research , improving teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system . |
