基于PR-6000的万吨级散货船自动舵系统设计

摘    要:针对万吨级散货船的航行特点,从自动控制基本理论出发,分析了PID自动舵、自适应自动舵和智能自动舵的优缺点;根据目前控制技术的实际发展程度和万吨级散货船的实际需要,选择PR-6000自动舵作为该船自动舵系统的操舵仪设计自动舵系统。该自动舵系统对船舶电气设计具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Focusing on the sailing characters of 10000 ton bulk carrier , from the basic theory of automatic control , the paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of PID autopilot , adaptive autopilot and intelligent autopilot .According to the actual de-velopment of the current control technology and the needs of 10000 ton bulk carrier , the paper selects PR-6000 as the autopilot for the auto pilot system , which has some reference values to the ship electrical design .
