摘    要:礼貌现象是语用学研究的一个重要内容,然而使用礼貌原则对违反礼貌原则的冲突性话语分析仍有不足,因此库尔佩柏提出与布朗和列文森礼貌原则对立的不礼貌原则以及其回应框架。试以生活类栏目《非诚勿扰》为例,在礼貌策略与不礼貌原则的两个框架下,分析冲突性话语中第三方采取怎样的补救策略来应对冲突双方的紧张局势,旨在为改善人际关系提供一种良好的解决方案。

Abstract:Politeness phenomenon makes an important part of pragmatics study .However the principles of politeness are far from satisfactory in analyzing discourse of impoliteness , therefore Culpeper proposed principles of impoliteness and a framework of its responses against the politeness principles put forward by Brown and Levinson .Based on the lifestyle program If you are the one , the study within the frame of politeness strategies and impoliteness principle explores what remedial strategies the third party intends to use in order to tackle the tension between the two sides in conflict .The study is dedicated to providing a useful solution to im-prove the interpersonal relationship .
