| 摘 要： | 托马斯·霍布斯是近代西方政治思想史上最负盛名的政治家、思想家之一,虽然霍布斯的"绝对主权"思想至今仍被大部分人解读为"专制主义"思想,但实际上却是其在社会转型时期对构筑社会新秩序的一项伟大探索,特别是其中宪政思想的体现,更是对现代人类的政治生活起着决定性的影响。
