| 摘 要： | 标使英语教学朝个性化学习、自主式学习方向发展,从而使教师从教学的前台走到教学的后台,但这并没有改变他们的主导作用。角色的改变对他们提出了更高的要求,他们必须是优秀的策划人,一流的管理者和全方位的顾问。并非每位教师都能达到这些要求,当前的教师培训内容应该含盖如何使教师拥有新理念、适应新角色。

| Abstract: | ew Curriculum Requirements issued by State Education Ministry places an emphasis on individual and self-access learning.Thus,teacher plays a new part,from a teaching controller to a learner assistant.However,it does not change their significant leadership.In fact,the new role is more demanding,and they must be an excellent planner,a first class manager,a multi-level counselor and a qualified assessor.Not every teacher can meet such higher demands.That is why the teacher training should contain the change of the teacher＇s part and its subsequent demands. |
