| 摘 要： | 企业社会责任在欧美发达国家已经成为一项成熟的企业制度。欧美国家的公司以履行企业社会责任，参与社会建设为企业的重要使命。但是，这些企业社会责任感环境下成长起来的公司到了中国却表现出完全不同的企业社会责任态度。文章从跨国公司和中国政府、社会双方博弈的角度分析跨国公司在华企业社会责任缺位的原因，并提出法律上促进其改善的法理思考。

Jurisprudential Thinking of Social Responsibility Vacancy of Multinational Corporations in China |

| Abstract: | The social responsibility of corporation has been a ripe enterprise system in developed countries, European corporations consider performing social responsibility and taking part in society construction as their important missions. However, they show different attitudes towards social responsibility in China, This paper analyses the reasons of social responsibility vacancy from the perspectives of games between transnational corporations and Chinese government, and presents jurisprudential thinking for its promotion. |
