| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化的激烈竞争环境下,为帮助企业依托有效的管理模式获得竞争优势,提出了一种新的企业管理模式——多功能开放型企业供需网(SDN),成为传统企业实现变革的新路径。基于对SDN企业的阐述,着重从供需角度对传统企业与SDN企业之间的差异性进行了分析,以便找出转变操作方式。最后,针对转变的主要方面,基于IDEF0方法,对此转变进行了模型设计研究,该设计模型既是企业实现有效转变的蓝图,也为转变效果评价与目标控制提供了分析手段。

| Abstract: | Under the intense competition environment of the economic globalization, to help enterprises obtain the competition advantage by relying on the effective management mode, firstly a new management mode of Supply and Demand Network with multifunction and opening characteristics for enterprises---SDN is offered, and the thought of tra- ditional enterprises being transformed into SDN enterprise is advanced. Secondly, in order to find out the transform operating aspect, on the basis of the expounding of SDN enterprise, from the view of supply and demand activities, the difference between traditional enterprises and SDN enterprises are analyzed emphatically. Finally, in view of the changing aspects, the IDEF0 method is applied to design the models of this transforming. The designed IDEF0 model is also the transform blueprint, but also the analysis basis for the appraisal and error control for transforming. |
