| 摘 要： | 反全球化是经济全球化的伴生物。它作为一种十分复杂的国际现象,既是全球化发展到一定阶段带来的国际和国内问题的产物,也是人类在面临新的挑战与威胁时作出的否定性反应。尽管反全球化运动揭露了当代世界国际关系中许多不公正、不合理的现象以及人类面临的危机,使人们更加清醒地看到经济全球化的两面性,具有一定的积极意义,但也要审慎对待,特别是要反对极端的反全球化行为。

| Abstract: | Anti-globalization accompanies the economic globalization. Being a complicated international phenomenon, it is the product of the international and the domestic issues. It is brought about by the globalization at certain stage in its process, and it is also the negative reactions of human beings when they are facing new challenges and threats. Although it exposes many unjust and unfair phenomena existing in the contemporary international relations and the crisis faced by human beings, which is of positive significance because it makes people more clearly aware of the dualities of the economic globalization, we should handle it cautiously, especially the extremity of it. |
