| 摘 要： | 高职生人素质直接影响总物质明和精神明建设的进程。目前，高职生人精神面貌按培养目标要求出现了很大差距，我们必须坚持人素质教育的四条基本原则，只有这样才能使高职生形成内在的、稳定的品质，形成良好的个性，从而达到人素质教育的目的。
