| 摘 要： | 由于图像处理涉及到了大量的程序编制工作,因此,如何合理选择一种简洁高效的编程工具,减少研究工作中的复杂性,就成为了计算机数字图像处理中不可回避的问题。本文就利用Delphi实现对计算机视觉中常用图像处理方法。
