| 摘 要： | 为了迎接新知识、新环境的挑战，普通高等工科院校不仅要培养社会需要的各类型应用型人才，而且更应该培养具有创新意识和创新能力的高素质的人才。本首先指出了创新教育在普通高等工科院校中的重要地位，然后系统地论述了普通高等工科院校人才的培养模式与实践，最后探讨了创新精神与创新能力的培养方式与方法。

| Abstract: | Facing the challenge of the new knowledge and new enviroment in the 21st century, ordinary engineering institute, like our school, trains not only all kinds of practical talents but high quality talents with creative consciousness and creative ability. In this article, we introduce the importance of creative education in ordinary engineering institute, then systematically expound the mode and practice which train talents in ordinary engineering institute. At the end, we discuss how to train students with creative spirit and creative ability. |
