摘    要:基于对服务学研究的起源与现状的介绍,从知识服务的必要性、服务的涵义、服务创新、服务测度等几个方面探讨服务学研究对图书馆工作的启示。研究认为,在服务经济时代,图书馆应将知识服务作为重要的服务内容;应正确理解服务的涵义;建立开放的工作模式,在合作中实现服务创新;从用户的角度建立图书馆服务测度与评价体系;等等。

The Inspiration of the Research of Service Science to Library Work

Abstract:Based on the introduction of the origin and the current situation of service science, the inspiration of service research on library work was discussed in this paper, including the necessary of knowledge service, the meaning of service, service innovation, measurement and evaluation of services. The research showed that knowledge service should be the important part of library work, and the meaning of service should be understood tightly; the open work pattern should be built up and cooperation was necessary to innovation; the measurement and evaluation system of service should be established from the point of view of users, etc..
