| Abstract: | Constructing high-quality and high-level professional skilled teacher teams who meet the needs of social development is an inevitable requirement for the reform and development of higher vocational education, it is the key to train the high-quality skilled talents needed for the production and service work of the industry and enterprises, and it is also a strong guarantee for the innovation of the skilled talents training mode in colleges. To this end, on the basis of clarifying the important significance of improving professional teachers' practical skills, many measures have been used to upgrade the practical skills of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges in order to train more high-quality skilled talents for the society. |
