| 摘 要： | 随着社会的加速发展,我国高职航海教育也面临着诸多问题与挑战。通过分析新形势下高职类航海学生所表现出的学习动力缺失、专业兴趣不高、从业意愿降低、忠诚度不足、服从意识与动手能力差的现状及其形成的根本原因,从教育教学的角度提出应对策略,以期提高高职航海类人才培养质量,保障高级海员队伍建设。

| Abstract: | With the accelerated development of the society, the navigation education in higher vocational colleges in China is also facing many problems and challenges. By analyzing the root causes of the lack of learning motivation, low professional interest, low willingness to work, lack of loyalty, poor obey consciousness and poor hands -on ability of navigation students in higher vocational colleges under the new situation, this paper puts forward some countermeasures from the perspective of education and teaching, in order to improve the training effect of navigation personnel in higher vocational colleges and ensure the construction of senior seafarers. |
