| 摘 要： | 以胜任力理论为基础,综合使用文献资料法和专家访谈法,对体育产业经营人员关键行为事件进行搜集,从经营管理任务胜任力、体育行业胜任力、公司胜任力三个维度和“基准性胜任力”“鉴别性胜任力”两方面构建了体育产业经营人员职业胜任力要素,以期为评价和培养体育产业人才提供理论依据和参考.

| Abstract: | Based on literature consultation and interview, a discussion on the professional quality of management personnel in sports industry is made. Then it collects the key events to build the competency model of management personnel in sports indus try. The model consists of three dimensions, such as management competency, sports industry competency and company compe tency, each dimension contains threshold competency and differentiating competency. The results will be applied to the evalua ting and developing management personnel in sports industry. |
