| 摘 要： | 体育中介组织处于宏观管理层（即政府体育产业管理部门）和微观活动层（即各类体育产业主体）之间的中介层次，一般具有媒介（纽带）功能、调节功能、服务功能、监督、保护功能等。在体育产业运作中可发挥两方面的作用：一是以该层次为介体，更好地贯彻实施政府对体育产业的参数调控、法规调节和直接行政管理；二是直接以这个层次为基础和依托，对所包涵和联系的体育产业主体的各种行为进行调节并提供各种服务。
