| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱仪,Hypersil ODS(5μm,250mm×4.0mm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇:0.1%磷酸溶液(80:20),检测波长为215nm,测定养心草中齐墩果酸的含量。结果表明齐墩果酸在10.0—100.0μg·mL-1范围内呈现良好线性关系,平均回收率为100.4%。该法简便、快速、灵敏、准确、重现性好,可作为测定养心草中齐墩果酸的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To find out a method using high-performance liquid chromatography to measure Sedum aizoon oleanolic acid.Method: high-performance liquid chromatography with Hypersil ODS(5μm,250mm×4.0 mm) column,a mobile phase of methanol : 0.1 % phosphoric acid(80:20),detected the bones at 215 nm and tendons of grass in oleanolic acid content.The results showed that the linearity range of determination is 10.0—100.0μg·mL-1.The average recovery rate is100.4%.Conclusion: This method is simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate and reproducible.It can be used as a method determining the oleanolic acid in Sedum aizoon. |
