| 摘 要： | 冲突是儿童生活的一部分，冲突造就了儿童的发展机会，冲突本身也体现儿童的发展。冲突促进儿童社会性的发展。通过冲突，儿童会发现交流是解决冲突的最好办法，妥协也是一种解决冲突的策略，冲突会让儿童明理，让儿童学会思考。
