| 摘 要： | 通过对内蒙古自治区呼和浩特六所高职院校的思政课教师进行调查、走访,剖析了高职院校思政课“双师型”教师的现状及存在的问题,寻求切实可行的思政课“双师型”教师队伍建设途径,是目前各高职院校思政教研室的紧迫任务.
