摘    要:经济欠发达山区依托地方高校,建立属于自己的后备人才培养基地和党政干部后备人才培养体系,从更高的战略层面推进人才队伍建设可持续发展,以解决普遍存在的党政干部人才稀缺、补给困难等问题,是党政干部后备人才培养模式的有益创新,具有一定的借鉴和推广价值。
