| 摘 要： | 党的十一届三中全会以后,邓小平根据国内外形势的变化,提出了许多新思想、新观点,在理论上和实践上为坚持和发展党的社会主义教育方针做出了重要的历史贡献。这包括:坚持和发展德、智、体全面发展的教育方针;坚持和发展教育必须与生产劳动相结合的方针;坚持社会主义办学方向和培养“四有”新人的方针;坚持教育必须为社会主义建设服务的方针;坚持“教育要面向现代化,面向世界,面向未来”的战略指导方针。邓小平关于社会主义教育方针的论述继承和发展了马克思主义教育理论和毛泽东的教育思想,既体现了教育方针的继承性和一致性,又根据新时期经济社会发展的特点,赋予教育方针新的内涵,使中国特色的社会主义教育方针不断趋于完善,体现了改革开放时期教育方针的科学性、时代性、实践性和前瞻性,也为新时期教育方针的发展与完善做了理论上的铺垫。

| Abstract: | After the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Congress of CPC, Deng Xiaoping put forward a series of new ideas and viewpoints on the development of educational cause and made important contributions in both theory and practice to the perseverance and carrying out of our Party's guiding principle for socialist education. These important guidelines for education include the principle of helping pupils and students have an all-round development, the principle of integrating education with productive labor, the principle of persisting in socialist orientation and cultivating new talents with knowledge, culture, ideal and discipline, the principle of making education serve the needs of socialist construction, and the strategic principle of "making education serve the modernization drive, link up with the outside world and train talents for the future". By carrying forward Marxist educational theory and Mao Zedong's educational thought, Deng Xiaoping's ideas about educational guidelines have not only reflected the continuity and consistency of educational guidelines in different stages of educational development, but also added new contents to the guidelines in light of the new features of economic society. On the basis of further improvement of the guidelines for socialist education with Chinese characteristics, Deng Xiaoping's ideas have also made the educational guidelines become more scientific, adaptable, feasible and far-sighted in the new period of reform and opening to the outside world, and laid theoretical basis for further development and improvement of educational guidelines in the new historical period. |
