| 摘 要： | 邓小平对中国特色社会主义法治道路的贡献主要体现为:提出建设有中国特色的社会主义,为中国特色社会主义法治道路提供了根本思想指导;阐述了党的领导、人民当家作主、依法治国三者的关系,为中国特色社会主义法治道路的形成奠定了重要理论基础;提出了系统的中国特色社会主义法治建设思想,为走为中国特色社会主义法治道路提供了基本遵循。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping＇s contribution to the road of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics are mainly embodied in： put forward the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, providing a fundamental guidance for the road of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics; deliver statements on the leadership of the party, people as masters of the country and the rule of law, laying an important theoretical foundation for the formation of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics road; raise the thought of the construction of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics of the system, directing the road of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. |
