| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国城镇化水平逐年提高,而广东更是走在全国的前列。目前,学术界对城镇化水平与农村居民消费水平之间的关系还没有定论。运用协整检验和格兰杰因果关系检验等计量方法,选取广东省1978-2012年的时间序列数据,对广东省的城镇化水平与农村居民消费水平进行实证研究。结果表明,广东的城镇化水平与农村居民消费水平存在稳定的协整关系,农村居民消费水平是推动城镇化水平的格兰杰原因,而城镇化水平推动农村居民消费水平的格兰杰原因未被验证。

| Abstract: | Given that no conclusion has been drawn on the relationship between the urbanization level and the rural residents＇ consumption level, this article attempts to do an empirical study on the relationship between the level of urbanization and the rural residents＇ consumption level by adopting the co-integration test and Granger causality test and taking the time series data of 1978-2012 in Guangdong province. The results indicate a stable cointegration relationship between them; it is also identifi ed that the rural residents＇ consumption level is the Granger reason for promoting urbanization,whereas the level of urbanization to promote the rural residents＇ consumption level of granger reason have not be verifi ed. |
