| 摘 要： | 中小企业要想永远把握市场竞争的主动权，唯有充分发挥其自身特有优势，不断坚持地技术创新。中小企业虽具有实施技术创新的潜在优势，但由于各方面的原因，中国中小企业技术创新仍面临着许多障碍。结合中国实际，分析了中小企业实施技术创新战略的必要性、潜在优势和面临的障碍，并提出了政府和企业在推进中国中小企业技术创新中应采取的对策。

| Abstract: | Medium and small -sized enterprises must make the most of its own advantages and keep ceaseless technological innovation if they want to hold the active rights of market competition for ever.Medium and small-sized enterprises have the latent advantages of technological innovation,but our country's medium and small-sized enterprises are still faced with many obstacles.This paper analyzes the necessities,latent advantages and obstacles of technological innovation of medium and small-sized enterprises;puts forward the countermeasures which the government and the enterprises should put in practice in the course of pushing the technological innovation of our country's medium and small-sized enterprises. |
