| 摘 要： | 随着时代的发展,社会对教师的专业化素质要求越来越高,新课程改革对英语教师的专业化发展提出了更高的要求。在阐述英语教师专业化的内涵的基础上,探讨新课程背景下英语教师专业化的基本素养,提出英语教师专业化发展的可行性策略,以提高人们对英语教师专业化发展研究重要性的认识,从而加快英语教师队伍建设,促进教育可持续发展。
