| 摘 要： | 知识转移的发生并不是一帆风顺的,要受到诸多因素的影响与制约.结合实地调查,论文从社会关系角度总结出知识转移的6个影响因素,分别为社会关系质量、社会联系强度、知识的粘性、知识发送方的动机和表达能力、知识接受方的吸收能力以及知识转移的网络媒介.
