| 摘 要： | 自上世纪60年代以来,中国自由主义与保守主义经过长期的对垒与论战以后,出现了良性互动的状态,在某些基本的观点与理论立场上达成了一致的共识,并对现实社会的进程与发展产生了深远的影响。初版于上个世纪60年代末期的中国自由主义第二代的主要代表人物之一的殷海光的《中国文化的展望》一书,充分地反映了在这一历程中的中国自由主义者对于中国文化的立场、态度和观点,它本身就是近50年以来的中国文化发展历程中的一个见证和一个典型的历史个案,这部著作为殷海光在他生命的最终关头发生的对于中国文化的态度上的转变作了"认知"的理智上的过渡性准备。
