中职创业教育与专业教育融合的机理与实践路径

摘    要:在各级各类学校积极探索培养学生创造精神和实践能力的可行路径与方法的背景下,研究中职创业教育与专业教育融合的目的是回应现阶段我国“培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点”的教育目的,探索形成适合于中职学校创新创业教育的框架逻辑与可行路径。结合中职教育在层次和类型上的特殊性,中职学校创业教育与专业教育融合的机理包括四个维度:课程建设实现结构性融合、课堂教学实现过程性融合、实践平台实现功能性融合、机制建设实现长效性融合。针对中职学校创业教育存在的“学生难学”“教师难教”“项目难找”“创业难成”现实困境,中职学校应通过改革课程教学、升级师资队伍、打造实践基地、完善支持机制的实践路径,实现创业教育与专业教育的有机融合。

The Mechanism and Practical Path of the Integration of Entrepreneurship Education and Professional Education in Secondary Vocational Education

Abstract:Under the background of actively exploring the feasible ways and methods of cultivating students' creative spirit and practice ability in various types of schools, the purpose of researching the integration of vocational education and professional secondary school education is to respond to the current stage of“cultivating the students' innovative spirit and practice ability”in our country, to explore the framework logic of entrepreneurship education for secondary vocational school innovation and feasible path. Combining the particularity of secondary vocational education in terms of level and type, the integration mechanism of entrepreneurship education and professional education in secondary vocational schools includes four dimensions: structural integration of curriculum construction, process integration of classroom teaching, functional integration of practice platform, and long-term integration of mechanism construction. Aiming at the practical difficulties of“students feel difficult to learn”,“teachers feel difficult to teach”,“projects are difficult to find”and“entrepreneurship is difficult to succeed”in entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools, vocational schools should realize the organic integration of entrepreneurship education and professional education by reforming curriculum teaching, upgrading the teaching staff, building practical bases and improving support mechanism.
