职业院校通用绿色技能教育的内涵及实现路径

摘    要:环境保护和绿色发展是党和人民的不懈追求。缓解资源及环境问题,实现可持续发展战略离不开绿色技能人才的支撑。西方发达国家已成功将绿色技能人才的培养与本国发展战略相结合,绿色技能教育成为国际职业教育的发展趋势。通过对国际经验的归纳分析与实践研究,提出了职业院校开展通用绿色技能的模式与路径。遵循经济、微社会、环境三要素,建设绿色校园、绿色课程、绿色文化和绿色师资,实现全方位培养通用绿色技能人才,达到可持续发展理念融入职业院校建设和教育全过程的目的。

The Connotation and Implementation Path of General Green Skill Education in Vocational Colleges

Abstract:Environmental protection and green development are the unremitting pursuit of our Party and People.Mitigating resources and environmental issues,achieving sustainable development strategies are inseparable from the support of green skilled talents.Western developed countries have successfully combined the cultivation of green skills talents with their national development strategies,and green skills education has become the development trend of international vocational education.Through drawing lessons from international experience,inductive analysis and practical research,this paper puts forward the model and path of developing universal green skills in vocational colleges.From the perspectives of economy,micro-society and environment,building a green campus,green curriculum,green culture and green teachers,achieving a comprehensive training of general green skills talents,and to achieve the goal of sustainable development integration into school construction and education.
