| 摘 要： | 本文通过对高校图书馆与院系资料室关系的分析,阐述了新形势下高校图书馆与院系资料室关系的若干问题,通过对目前状况的分析,阐明高校图书馆与院系资料室一体化管理的必要性和可能性,提出了新模式下文献信息资源的整合、机构与人员的整合、服务方式的整合、现代化设施设备的一体化管理的新思路以及新模式的不足之处。
