| 摘 要： | 大学党委书记作为中国所特有的高等学校系统的高级管理职位,是大学的重要领导者,是大学的政治核心和领导核心,对大学善治的实现起着至关重要的作用。因此,在高等教育大众化和全球化的背景下,研究大学党委书记的群体特征和素质结构具有重要的理论和现实意义。以110所"211工程"高校大学党委书记的基本信息作为样本数据,以基本特征、教育背景、学术背景、职业背景作为群体特征的主要指标,运用SPSS统计软件对中国大学党委书记的群体特征进行调查分析,探讨其总体现状与发展启示。

| Abstract: | As a unique senior management position of Chinese universities,party secretary is a vital leader,the political core as well as the leadership core of a university and plays an important role in managing the university.Therefore,under the background of the popularization and internalization of higher education,there is important theoretical and practical significance to research the characteristics of university party secretaries.This article empirical analyses the demographic variable,education background,academic background and professional background of the 110 university party secretaries,which expects to find the overall status of the characteristics of university party secretaries. |
