| 摘 要： | 本文概述了学界的幸福学研究,总结了国内幸福城市的建设经验.在此基础上,对建设幸福城市进行了思考:幸福城市为经济社会发展的决策提供了全新理念；幸福城市需要指数,但不能被异化；幸福城市的第一要义是科学发展；幸福城市的核心是提升市民能力；幸福城市的着力点是重视民生.

| Abstract: | This article provides an overview of the academic field of eudemonics research,Summarizes the domestic eudemonia city building experience.On this basis,author thinks about how to building the eudemonia City: Eudemonia City for decisions of the economic and social development provides a new concept;Eudemonia City needs index of eudemonia,but cannot be catabolized;The first essence of eudemonia City is scientific development;For building Eudemonia City,it is important to enhance community capacity,and pay attention to people’s livelihood;Carry out the approach making overall plans and taking all factors into consideration. |
