| 摘 要： | 目前，我国的环境问题、气候问题、食品问题、劳资问题、自然资源利用问题等，大多与企业的社会责任有关。企业的社会责任的演变，经历了一个漫长的过程，在不同的历史时期，企业所承担的社会责任是有区别的。本文介绍了国外企业社会责任演变、我国企业社会责任的演变，以及我国目前比较突出的企业社会责任问题，希望全社会都来关注企业的社会责任，并希望政府、社会、企业行动起来，建立一套完整的企业社会责任管理体系。

| Abstract: | Environmental problems, climate, food issues, labor issues, natural resource utilization problems are concerned with corporate social responsibility, which has experienced a long process. In different historical period, corporate social responsibility is different. The paper describes the evolution of foreign corporate social responsibility, the evolution of corporate social responsibility in China, and China＇s current outstanding problems of corporate social responsibility. Moreover, the author hopes that the whole society pay close attention to the social responsibility of the enterprise, and the govemment, society and enterprise cooperate together to establish a complete set of corporate social responsibility management system. |
