| 摘 要： | 2006-2012年，民办高等教育整体规模有很大增长，但内部结构呈现出独立学院、非学历高等教育机构下降趋势；同时与普通高等教育发展相比，民办高等教育在校生规模增长在2010年后超过公办院校；民办高等教育发展呈集群生态。未来的发展中，民办高等教育分类改革深化、建设高水平民办大学及促进民办高等教育区域竞争力提升值得研究。

| Abstract: | From 2006 to 2012, there＇s been a great increase in overall scale of Private higher education, but the internal structure of it presents a downward trend as the independent institutions and Non-academic higher education institutions decrease. Compared with the general development of higher education, Private higher education enrollment scale growth is more than public universities after 2010 and show a cluster development tendency. With classification of Private higher education reform deepening, the construction of high level non-government college and promotion the regional-competitiveness of non-government education are worth studying. |
